Non-Availability of Birth Certificate (NABC)
As part of our Online Services, we represent you to obtain a Non-Availability of Birth Certificate for unregistered births (see our testimonials).
An NABC isn't generally required anywhere in India, and municipal offices are aware of this — which is part of why it tends to cost more to obtain. The process starts with a formal search at the municipality office covering the applicant's place of birth. If the birth wasn't registered, or the registration records aren't available for any reason, we apply for the NABC from that department. An NABC is an official statement that a person's birth records aren't available, sometimes with a stated reason.

Birth Certificate
As part of our Online Services, we represent you to obtain a Birth Certificate, an NABC, or a certificate for an unregistered birth.
The process starts with a search of birth and death records at the relevant Municipality office, based on place and date of birth, to determine whether the birth was registered. If it was registered with a name, the certificate is issued per the municipality's records. If it was registered without a name, the name is added via a name-inclusion form, an affidavit from parents/relatives, school certificate copies (10th or 12th), residence proof, and the applicant's valid passport, for an additional fee.

Birth Certificate for Unregistered Births
As part of our NRI Support services, we represent you to obtain a Birth Certificate for unregistered births. If a birth in India wasn't registered within a year, or its records aren't available, we first apply for an NABC. If authorities decline to issue the NABC — for example, lacking authority or evidence the birth occurred in that municipal area — we file an application with a First Class Magistrate for a Birth Registration order. The Magistrate reviews the application and orders the municipal authority to register the birth, after which we apply for the Birth Certificate itself.

We represent you in obtaining the requested document from the relevant authorities — we don't prepare or issue the documents ourselves. We work hard for a positive outcome for every client, but we can't be held responsible for errors in the final document issued by the government, for documents issued in a vernacular language, or for bureaucratic delays, including those caused by insufficient or delayed documentation from the client.
Refund Policy
Cancel within 5 days of ordering and we deduct 25% as a cancellation fee, refunding the balance with no questions asked; after that period, the service fee isn't refundable.
