What are your payment options?
We accept cash, credit cards, cheques, demand draft, and online bank transfer. We issue a receipt for every payment we receive.
Can I pay in installments?
Yes. Contact our Delhi office or email us after receiving the "Payment Instructions" email for more information.
Do you have any discounts or coupons?
We do offer some discounts for urgent services in select areas, depending on the difficulty of the request — if a result is very hard to obtain, we may not be able to offer a discount. Discounts are also available to members, corporate clients, and repeat clients. The charges quoted in your "Payment Instructions" email reflect the best price we can offer for the regular service.
What is 24/7 support?
We provide 24/7 support by email and live chat, and phone support from 10:00 am to 8:00 pm IST. Our USA number is available at all times, so if you need immediate assistance outside those hours, call our USA number.
Are you a government agency?
No. We don't represent the government. We do represent various government agencies individually, on a case-by-case basis, but we don't collectively represent government.
Do you work all over India?
Yes. We practice across India through more than 300 advocate associates, coordinated from one centralized office in Delhi.
