Q1. What are your payment options?
A1. We accept Cash, Credit Cards, Cheques, Demand Draft and online Bank Transfer for payment. You can find more information about payment options and methods >>Here<<. We issue the receipt for very payment we receive.

 

Q2. Can I pay in installments?
A2. Yes, you can. Contact our Delhi office or email us after getting the "Payment Instructions" email for more information.

Q3. Do you have any discounts/Coupons?
A3. We do have some discounts for the Urgent Services in few service area. The availability of discount depends on the level of difficulty, if it is very hard to get the results, we can not offer any discount. The discount is also available to our members, corporate clients, and repeated clients. The charges quoted in the "Payment Instructions" email are the best price we can offer for the regular service.

A4. We have 24*7 hrs. support by email and Live Chat and 10.00 to 8.00 pm IST by phone. The USA phone number is however available all time. So, if you need an immediate assistance you can call our USA number.

 

Q5. Are you a government Agency ?
A5. No, we do not represent government. We do represent various government agency individually on case to case basis though, collectively we do not represent government.
