As part of our Online Services, we provide legally obtained certified copies of order(s) from any pending or decided court case, as requested.
An authentic, legally obtained certified copy is needed for purposes including filing an appeal, proving specific facts or rights, changing title in real or personal property, child custody matters, and defending against or preventing an allegation.
We procure official certified copies from the relevant adjudicative body — this includes judicial orders (from ordinary courts), quasi-judicial orders (such as consumer courts), and certified copies of orders from administrative bodies like the Central Administrative Tribunal.
Original certified copies ship free anywhere in India by reputed courier; international shipping is charged at cost.

Pending vs. Decided Cases
Pending court cases haven't been finally decided — this could be an original civil complaint, a criminal case, or an undecided appeal. To obtain certified copies of orders in a pending case, you must be a party to the case, or an authorized agent of a party.
Decided court cases have been finally resolved, determining the rights of the parties involved. The final order is a public document, and anyone can obtain a copy of the judgment.
