Judicial vs. Non-Judicial Affidavits
Judicial affidavits are drafted on judicial paper with the proper court fee stamps affixed, typically required as evidence or in support of an application. To be valid, a judicial affidavit must be attested by an Oath Commissioner.
Non-judicial affidavits are drafted on non-judicial stamp paper, with a value that varies by state (generally not less than Rs. 10). These are mainly used for administrative or commercial purposes, and must be attested by a Notary Public with a current, valid licence to be valid.

Refund Policy
Cancel within 5 days of ordering and we deduct 25% as a cancellation fee, refunding the balance with no questions asked; after that period, the service fee isn't refundable.
