Fee Structure

We offer two fee plans for motor accident claim cases. In both, we aim to secure the maximum possible compensation for our clients.

Fixed Percentage Plan (no risk to the client): We claim compensation for all medical expenses incurred, mental anguish, and property damage. Once the case is decided, our fee is an agreed percentage of the awarded amount. If the case fails — which is very unlikely — you owe nothing.

Flat Fee Plan (lower overall fee): Our regular case fee is based on factors like the case's estimated length, the nature of the injury, and the at-fault driver's insurance status. Since this fee isn't contingent on the outcome, it's payable even if the case fails.
