As part of our Online Services, we register non-governmental and non-profit organizations under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act in India.
Once an NGO is registered under 80G, anyone donating to it can deduct 50% of the donation from their taxable income. The NGO applies using Form No. 10G (Annexure-29) to the Commissioner of Income Tax; approval is typically granted for 2–3 years.
Requirements
- The organization must be duly registered
- No non-exempt income such as business income — or if it exists, separate books of account must be maintained and donations may not be diverted to that business
- Bylaws and objectives must not allow income or assets to be spent on anything other than charitable purposes
- The organization must not work for the benefit of a particular religious community or caste
- Regular accounts of receipts and expenditure must be maintained
Documents & Information We Need
- Applicant's name, address, status, district/ward circle, and PAN number
- Audited Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss / Income & Expenditure account for the latest year and two preceding years
- Formation documents — trust deed, bylaws, memorandum of association, and registration certificate if applicable
- Names and addresses of those managing the organization, including anyone who managed it during the preceding 3 years but has since left
- Details of the organization's activities over the preceding 3 years (or since inception, if younger)
- Any other relevant information the organization wishes to provide

Refund Policy
Cancel within 2 days of ordering and we deduct 25% as a cancellation fee, refunding the balance with no questions asked; after that period, the service fee isn't refundable.
