As part of our Online Services, we represent you in obtaining a Non-Availability of Marriage Certificate (NAMC) for unregistered marriages.
US immigration authorities (USCIS) increasingly ask for a marriage certificate to establish the relationship between children and their parents. If the marriage was never registered, or the registration certificate can't be obtained, a Non-Availability of Marriage Certificate is required instead.
There's no defined procedure for obtaining an NAMC in India — it's never required within India itself — which is part of why it tends to cost more to arrange. Every time we apply with the relevant Registrar's office, getting the NAMC requires extra steps.
The NAMC and any originals ship free anywhere in India by reputed courier; for international addresses, shipping is Rs. 3,995 plus tax, via FedEx.
Documents We Need
- Copy of passport (front and last page) of both husband and wife
- Proof of date of marriage (invitation card, etc.)
- ID proof showing place of marriage address for one party (ration card, driving licence, voter ID, etc.)
- Affidavit from parents/relatives (we'll draft this)

Refund Policy
Cancel within 3 days of payment and we deduct 25% as a cancellation fee, refunding the balance with no questions asked. After that period, if the assignment can't be completed for reasons outside client cancellation — including insufficient or delayed documentation, errors not within our scope, or circumstances beyond our control — the payment isn't refundable.
