As part of our 'Online Services' we provide the service to represent you to get Non Availability of Marriage Certificate (NAMC) for Unregistered marriages.

Now a days the USCIS is asking for the Marriage Certificate to prove the relationship of children and their parents. If the marriage is not registered or the Registration certificate not be obtained then the Non Availability of Marriage Certificate (NAMC) is being asked.

There is no defined procedure to get Non Availability of Marriage Certificate (NAMC) in India. The Non Availability of Marriage Certificate (NAMC) is never required anywhere in India. So, every time we apply for Non Availability of Marriage Certificate (NAMC) with the concerned Registrar office, it is 'expensive' to get it.

Non Availability of Marriage Certificate (NAMC) along with other originals (if any) will be shipped for free any where in India by a reputed courier, however for international addresses the we charge Rs.3995.00 plus tax for shipping. We use only FedEx for international shipping and DTDC for national shipping.

Documents we need

 

Copy of Passport (Front and last page) of Husband and Wife

Proof for date of marriage such as Invitation card etc.

ID Proof with Place of Marriage Address (Ration Card/ Driving License/ Voter ID etc.) of one person

Affidavit from Parents/Relatives*.
Signed Vakalatnama/Authority Letter**.

If Client requests for cancellation with in 3 days of payment, we will deduct 25% of the service fee as cancellation fee and the balance shall be refunded no question asked. After that the service fee is not refundable. If any extra expenses amount is paid by client, then it will be refunded after deduction of costs already incurred in executing the task.

If an assignment could not be completed for reasons other than request for cancellation the payment would not be Refunded. Reasons include as but limited to insufficient or delayed documentation / information from customer, errors/ mistakes not related to Allied Legal’s scope of work, inability of customer to follow procedures or requirements or due to any other reasons beyond Allied Legal’s control.
