Small Scale and ancillary units (i.e. undertaking with investment in plant and machinery of less than Rs. 6.0 million and Rs. 7.5 million respectively) should seek registration with the Director of Industries of the concerned State Government.

SSI Registration is now replaced with filling of Memorandum(s) and undertaking under the MSMED Act, 2006 in Delhi. Under the Act ‘industry’ component has been replaced by ‘enterprise’ with a view to emphasizing the importance of service sector enterprises

Manufacturing enterprises
Investment in plant and machinery (excluding land & buildings) as under:

1. Micro Enterprises - investment up to Rs. 25 lakh
2. Small Enterprises - investment above Rs. 25 lakh & up to Rs. 5 crore.
3. Medium Enterprises - investment above Rs. 5 crore & up to Rs. 10 crore

Service enterprises
Investment in equipment and further classified in to :

1. Micro Enterprises - investment up to Rs. 10 lakh
2. Small Enterprises - investment above Rs. 10 lakh & up to Rs. 2 crore.
3. Medium Enterprises - investment above Rs. 2 crore & up to Rs. 5 crore

Prices quoted in USD are only indicative. INR pricing is final. Customers paying through international credit cards from other countries will be charged in USD for the equivalent INR amount at the prevailing exchange rate. The Prices Quoted here are only for services at Delhi area. Service fee for other area may be more, write to us to get the service fee for other areas.

Online payment fee may be charged extra @ 3% on services. Please check with our customer representative on applicability of service tax or professional tax to your order.

If Client requests for cancellation with in 5 days of order, we will deduct 25% of the service fee as cancellation fee and the balance shall be refunded no question asked. If any extra expenses amount is paid by client, then it will be refunded after deduction of costs already incurred in executing the task. After that period no payment will be refunded.

If an assignment could not be completed for reasons other than request for cancellation, then refund will be given after deduction of 25% of the order value plus costs already incurred in executing the task. Reasons include as but limited to insufficient or delayed documentation / information from customer, errors/ mistakes not related to Allied Legal’s scope of work, inability of customer to follow procedures or requirements or due to any other reasons beyond Allied Legal’s control.
