Requirements
A duly formed business entity — sole proprietorship, partnership, company, etc.
Documents & Information We Need
- Name and address of the applicant
- Formation documents — trust deed, rules & regulations, memorandum of association, and registration certificate if applicable
- Names and addresses of the persons managing the enterprise
- Brief particulars of the enterprise's activities and nature of business

Background
Small-scale and ancillary units — those with investment in plant and machinery below Rs. 6.0 million and Rs. 7.5 million respectively — register with the Director of Industries of the relevant State Government.
SSI Registration has since been replaced by filing Memorandums and undertakings under the MSMED Act, 2006 in Delhi. Under the Act, "industry" was replaced by "enterprise" to emphasize the importance of service-sector enterprises.
Manufacturing Enterprises
Investment in plant and machinery (excluding land & buildings):
- Micro Enterprises — up to Rs. 25 lakh
- Small Enterprises — above Rs. 25 lakh, up to Rs. 5 crore
- Medium Enterprises — above Rs. 5 crore, up to Rs. 10 crore
Service Enterprises
Investment in equipment:
- Micro Enterprises — up to Rs. 10 lakh
- Small Enterprises — above Rs. 10 lakh, up to Rs. 2 crore
- Medium Enterprises — above Rs. 2 crore, up to Rs. 5 crore

Refund Policy
Cancel within 5 days of ordering and we deduct 25% as a cancellation fee, refunding the balance with no questions asked; after that period, no refund applies.
