Online Legal Services is a subdivision of the registered Non-Profit Organization “Action for Social and Human Awareness,” set up to uplift legal awareness in society. We've supported clients worldwide for over 7 years. Our principal associate advocates collectively bring more than 50 years of legal practice experience, and have worked through complex legal issues across that time. Client satisfaction is our singular focus — whether that means a problem resolved or one prevented. We get there by understanding what our clients actually need, and meeting that need.
We work through an interdisciplinary team of advocates and paralegals, each bringing their own area of expertise to a matter.
In some ways, Online Legal Services is a “big firm.” We're large enough to concentrate on specific areas of law in depth.
We're also a “small firm” — small enough to keep representation personal, with a congenial group of advocates, paralegals and other staff working together on behalf of our clients.

To keep assignments running smoothly, we work with more than 800 associates across India. Every associate is enrolled with their respective State Bar Council as an advocate.
Our Approach
We believe the Indian legal system is highly effective and efficient. That said, we also believe most legal issues can be settled without actual litigation. We prefer to resolve matters through negotiation, arbitration, conciliation and mediation, putting emphasis on pre-litigation research and analysis to avoid lengthy, expensive court proceedings. We believe in the power of explanation and transparency when it comes to handling legal matters.
Legal Process Outsourcing
Legal Process Outsourcing (LPO) is a newer, developing arm of our practice. We support clients — many of them partner law firms — with day-to-day work like litigation support, case reviews and opinions, trademark searches, and docket maintenance. We now work with clients across the U.S., Asia Pacific and Japan, in an LPO space that's becoming increasingly fast-moving and technology-driven.

Confidentiality is one of our most important policies. Associates join us only after thorough scrutiny and a complete background check, and we back that up with strong confidentiality undertakings and technical safeguards for every client relationship.
