As part of our 'Online Services' we provide the services to represent you to get the Nativity Certificate for having Indian origin.

Nativity Certificate is required for getting 'Overseas Citizenship of India (OCI) or People of Indian Origin (PIO) status from Indian embassies. Every foreigner has to prove the Indian original to get the PIO or OCI status. A Nativity Certificate is needed to prove the Indian original a person. Commonly it contains the seal and signature of a first class magistrate along with other formalities. For most countries the Nativity Certificate has to be attested by the Ministry of External Affairs as well.

Nativity Certificate along with other originals (if any) will be shipped for free any where in India by a reputed courier, however for international addresses the we charge Rs.3995.00 plus tax for shipping. We use only FedEx for international shipping and DTDC for national shipping.

Online payment fee may be charged extra @ 3% on services. Please check with our customer representative on applicability of service tax or professional tax to your order.

If Client requests for cancellation with in 5 days of order, we will deduct 25% of the service fee as cancellation fee and the balance shall be refunded no question asked. After that the service fee is not refundable. If any extra expenses amount is paid by client, then it will be refunded after deduction of costs already incurred in executing the task.

If an assignment could not be completed for reasons other than request for cancellation, then refund will be given after deduction of 25% of the order value plus costs already incurred in executing the task. Reasons include as but limited to insufficient or delayed documentation / information from customer, errors/ mistakes not related to Allied Legal’s scope of work, inability of customer to follow procedures or requirements or due to any other reasons beyond Allied Legal’s control.
