Our Debt Recovery Service pays special attention to case assessment, pre-litigation advice, friendly negotiations and candid analysis of the relative risks and rewards of the litigation. Our approach to debtors is firm but friendly. Upon receipt of a claim, it will be reviewed by a team of a Recovery Attorneys (Lawyers) for assessment.

We understand that your debtors are your client too and therefore we believe in resolving the debts collection matters through friendly negotiations. However, in the event that litigation becomes necessary we move quickly and effectively having regard to various legal options available, with the client’s concurrence approval.

Amicable Negotiations

The process starts with the "Past-Due' letter followed by reminders. We also email and fax the letters to the debtor. If possible we also meet debtor in person for amicable and friendly negotiations, besides contact via the phone and e-mails. At this stage we negotiate to settle the debt with client's approval.

Legal or Statutory Negotiations

at this stage we send legal Notice & Rejoinder to debtor. We also file complaints including criminal complaints before Regulatory bodies & other Govt. Agencies against debtor.

Legal Process (Litigation / Alternative Dispute Resolution)

If all negotiations fails or does not result in recovery or a reasonable payment plan, we advise the civil suit or other measures to recover debt. Upon receipt of the instructions for litigation or other advised measures we don’t delay in initiating process such as Law-Suit, Winding up petitions etc.

We also keep negotiating with debtor during this process to get an out of court settlement.

We work on contingency fee model with success fee ranging from 15% to 20% of the claim amount recovered plus advanced marginal handling charges that is determined, considering the age, amount and location of debtor which will be adjusted towards success fee etc.

 

 

Legal or Statutory Negotiations

 

We work on contingency fee model with success fee ranging from 15% to 25% of the claim amount recovered plus advanced marginal up front cost that is determined, considering the age, amount and location of debtor which will be adjusted towards success fee etc.

 

 

Legal Process (Litigation / Alternative Dispute Resolution)

 

We work on mixed fees model with marginal retainer ship fees in advance coupled with success fee ranging from 15% to 30% of the claim amount recovered plus court fees and expenses as per actual which will be adjusted towards success fee that is determined, depending upon the type of dispute, age, amount and location of the claim etc.
