Fee Structure

We have two fee plans for Motor accident claim cases. In both the plans we will aim to get the maximum possible compensation for our clients.

Fixed Percentage Plan: No risk for client

In this fee plan we aims to get the maximum possible compensation. We claim compensation for all medical expenses incurred, mental agony and damages caused to property, and when is decided we will charge our fee as the agreed percentage fro the awarded amount. If the case fails, which is very unlikely, you will not be liable to make any payment.

Flat Fee Plan: Lesser fee to pay

We charged our regular case fee which is usually based on factors such as estimated length of case, nature of injury and status of insurance policy of accused driver etc.. As this fee structure is not contingent on the outcome come of case so client has to pay the fees even if the case fails.
