Affidavits are required for different purposes including but not limited to change of name, getting a new passport or driving license, renewal of passport, as no objection certificate (NOC) or for filing a case in a court. We would draft an affidavit and attest with officially “Valid Outside of India” seal.

The drafted and duly attested affidavit would be shipped for free any where in India by Registered India Post, however for international addresses the shipping will be charged on actual basis

There are two types of affidavits one is Judicial and another is Non Judicial.

Judicial affidavits are drafted on a Judicial Paper with along with proper court fee stamps affixed. The judicial affidavits are required to submit for many purposes including but not limited to evidence or as a support of an application.  To be valid a judicial affidavit must be attested by Oath Commissioner.

Non judicial affidavits are drafted on the non-judicial stamp paper. The value of stamp paper varies state by state. Generally it is not less then Rs. 10/-. The Non judicial affidavits are mainly for administrative or commercial purposes. To be valid the affidavit must be attested by the Notary Public with a current valid license.

Prices quoted in USD are only indicative. INR (Rs.) pricing is final. Customers paying through international credit cards from other countries will be charged in USD. The Prices Quoted here are only for services at Delhi area only. Service fee for other area may be more, write to us to get the service fee for other areas.

Online payment fee may be charged extra @ 3% on services. Please check with our customer representative on applicability of service tax or professional tax to your order.

Bihar, Chandigarh, Chhattisgarh, Delhi, Gujarat, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, Jharkhand, Madya Pradesh, Maharashtra , Punjab, Rajasthan, Uttaranchal, Uttar Pradesh and West Bengal.

If Client requests for cancellation with in 5 days of order, we will deduct 25% of the service fee as cancellation fee and the balance shall be refunded no question asked. After that the service fee is not refundable. If any extra expenses amount is paid by client, then it will be refunded after deduction of costs already incurred in executing the task.

If an assignment could not be completed for reasons other than request for cancellation, then refund will be given after deduction of 25% of the order value plus costs already incurred in executing the task. Reasons include as but limited to insufficient or delayed documentation / information from customer, errors/ mistakes not related to Allied Legal’s scope of work, inability of customer to follow procedures or requirements or due to any other reasons beyond Allied Legal’s control.
