An authentic and legally obtained certified copy is required for different purposes including filing an appeal, proving specific facts & rights, change title in real or personal property, child custody, prevention or defending an allegation etc.

We procure the official certified copy of any court order from concerned adjudicative body. It includes but not limited to get judicial order i.e. order by the ordinary courts; Quasi Judicial order i.e. order by consumer courts etc; and certified copy of orders by administrative bodies like Central Administrative Tribunal etc.

The Original Certified copy of court order(s) will be shipped for free any where in India by Reputed Courier Service, however for international addresses the shipping will be charged on actual basis

Court Order for Pending Court Cases:

A pending court case is which is not finally decided in that court. It may be a pending original civil complaint, criminal case, an undecided appeal etc. To get the certified copy of orders of a pending case one must be the party to that case or authorized agent of any party to that case.

Court Order for Decide Court Cases:

A decided court case as the name shows is finally decided matter in that court. it finally determines the rights of concerned parties and moves the case out of that court. The final order of a case is a public documents and any one can get the copy of the copy of judgment.

Prices quoted in USD are only indicative. INR (Rs.) pricing is final. Customers paying through international credit cards from other countries will be charged in USD. The Prices Quoted here are only for services at Delhi area only. Service fee for other area may be more, write to us to get the service fee for other areas.

Online payment fee may be charged extra @ 3% on services. Please check with our customer representative on applicability of service tax or professional tax to your order.

If Client requests for cancellation with in 3 days of order, we will deduct 25% of the service fee as cancellation fee and the balance shall be refunded no question asked. After that the service fee is not refundable. If any extra expenses amount is paid by client, then it will be refunded after deduction of costs already incurred in executing the task.

If an assignment could not be completed for reasons other than request for cancellation, then refund will be given after deduction of 25% of the order value plus costs already incurred in executing the task. Reasons include as but limited to insufficient or delayed documentation / information from customer, errors/ mistakes not related to Allied Legal’s scope of work, inability of customer to follow procedures or requirements or due to any other reasons beyond Allied Legal’s control.
