All the members of our firm and associates are enrolled Advocates (attorneys-at-law) and authorized to render legal opinion pertaining to any matter. We at “Allied Legal” provide expert legal opinion by an Advocate experienced in that particular field. 

The initial legal opinion service will be restricted to a preliminary legal opinion on one single matter. The extent of advice would depend on how much of information you share with the lawyer.

There is a fixed fee for the service. Information and solutions will be in the form of a one e-mail. However, as you will appreciate for this fixed cost, we can not enter into any form of litigation or lengthy correspondence on your behalf. After the initial opinion, if any further advice is sought in a very detailed manner then additional standard lawyer's fee will be applicable. It would depend on the type of legal issue & its complexity.

Subject to the acceptance of payment, use of this service does not create an attorney - client relationship, even if you provide information to us by any means including using a contact form on this site.

How it works

Simply order it by button below and fill out our on-line submission form. We will respond to you by e-mail with appropriate solutions, usually within 48 hrs of receipt of payment.

Prices quoted in USD are only indicative. INR (Rs.) pricing is final. Customers paying through international credit cards from other countries will be charged in USD. The Prices Quoted here are only for services at Delhi area only. Service fee for other area may be more, write to us to get the service fee for other areas.

Online payment fee may be charged extra @ 3% on services. Please check with our customer representative on applicability of service tax or professional tax to your order.

If Client requests for cancellation with in 3 days of order, we will deduct 25% of the service fee as cancellation fee and the balance shall be refunded no question asked. After that the service fee is not refundable. If any extra expenses amount is paid by client, then it will be refunded after deduction of costs already incurred in executing the task.

If an assignment could not be completed for reasons other than request for cancellation, then refund will be given after deduction of 25% of the order value plus costs already incurred in executing the task. Reasons include as but limited to insufficient or delayed documentation / information from customer, errors/ mistakes not related to Allied Legal’s scope of work, inability of customer to follow procedures or requirements or due to any other reasons beyond Allied Legal’s control.
