Our NGO Amendment service includes preparation and filing application, notifying acceptance of the application or objections thereto by the authorities.

The registered society can make amendment in its rules & regulation as well as in memorandum of the society by submitting the application with the signature of the General Secretary or President. The amendment shall be approved by the Registrar of Society.

2. Audited Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Account or Income & Expenditure Account for the period since its inception.
   
   
3. Formation documents like Rules & Regulation, Memorandum of Association etc. and registration certificate.
   
   
4. Name & Addresses of the persons managing the affairs of the association or institution, including those who left the organization but were managing the affairs of the association or institution since its inception.
   
   
5. Minutes Book of the Governing Body/Managing Committee**.
   
   
6. Proof of service of agenda/notice to the members of the Governing/General Body.
   
   
7. An up-to-date Minutes Book of the General Body**.
   
   
8. An up-to-date Membership Register**.
   
   
9. The Proposal which has been adopted by the General Body Meeting**.
   
   
10. An affidavit to the effect by the Secretary and the Chairman of the society that the provision of the section 12 of the S.R. Act. 1860 have been compiled with in the letter and spirit and also that there is no dispute in the Society*.
    
    
11. Comparative Statement of existing provisions and amended provisions*.

1. The Governing Body should send a proposal to all the members of the Society in writing or printed form intimating  the existing provisions proposed to be amended.
   
   
2. The society should give a 10 days notice to the members for holding a special General Body Meeting which should be duly received by all the members.
   
   
3. The notice to all the members as per latest membership register should be sent by special messenger or by registered post.
   
   
4. The general body should pass the resolution by three fifth majority of the members of the society and should be recorded. (unless a different ratio is provided in Society Rules)

If Client requests for cancellation with in 2days of order, we will deduct 25% of the service fee as cancellation fee and the balance shall be refunded no question asked. After that the service fee is not refundable. If any extra expenses amount is paid by client, then it will be refunded after deduction of costs already incurred in executing the task.

If an assignment could not be completed for reasons other than request for cancellation, then refund will be given after deduction of 25% of the order value plus costs already incurred in executing the task. Reasons include as but limited to insufficient or delayed documentation / information from customer, errors/ mistakes not related to Allied Legal’s scope of work, inability of customer to follow procedures or requirements or due to any other reasons beyond Allied Legal’s control.
