As part of our 'Online Services' we provide attestation by the Indian Ministry of External Affairs and the Apostille services to our Resident Indian, Non-Resident Indians, and international clients.

If you have 5 or more documents to be apostilled or if you regularly need apostille then you can be eligible for the discounted rates.

For clients with 5 or more documents we offer a discount on our standard apostille charges. If you need apostille on a continuous basis we can establish a preferential rate for you. Please note that you will need to have already ordered apostille from us to benefit from a regular client discount.

Duly Apostilled (Attested by the Indian Ministry of External Affairs) documents along with other originals (if any) will be shipped for free any where in India by Reputed courier, however for international addresses the shipping will be charged on actual basis.

Prices quoted in USD are only indicative. INR (Rs.) pricing is final. Customers paying through international credit cards from other countries will be charged in USD. The Prices Quoted here are only for services at Delhi area only. Service fee for other area may be more, write to us to get the service fee for other areas.
Online payment fee may be charged extra @ 3% on services. Please check with our customer representative on applicability of service tax or professional tax to your order.

If Client requests for cancellation with in 24hrs of order, we will deduct 25% of the service fee as cancellation fee and the balance shall be refunded no question asked. After that the service fee is not refundable. If any extra expenses amount is paid by client, then it will be refunded after deduction of costs already incurred in executing the task.

If an assignment could not be completed for reasons other than request for cancellation, then refund will be given after deduction of 25% of the order value plus costs already incurred in executing the task. Reasons include as but limited to insufficient or delayed documentation / information from customer, errors/ mistakes not related to Allied Legal’s scope of work, inability of customer to follow procedures or requirements or due to any other reasons beyond Allied Legal’s control.
