Scope of Representation (Disclaimer)
We are service providers / facilitators not the issuing authority or any government body. We are providing the service to represent you to get the requested document for you from the concerned authorities. We don't prepare or make them. We work very hard to get the positive results for each and every client. However, Allied Legal, India cannot be held responsible for any error(s) / mistake(s) in final document. If it is possible to get the mistakes corrected than, there would be additional charges to correct those mistakes.
Allied Legal, India is not responsible for any bureaucratic delays or delays due to insufficient or delayed documentation / information provided by the client. Allied Legal, India cannot be held responsible for any procedural delays when dealing with any external agencies such as Postal Department and Courier Companies. Allied Legal, India is not responsible for the issuance of the certificate in vernacular language.
To the extent permitted by Indian laws, in no event, and under no legal theory, contract, tort, or otherwise, shall Allied Legal, its principals, agents, representatives, subsidiaries, sellers or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, punitive or consequential damages of any kind whatsoever, including but not limited to damages resulting from loss of profits, wages or business, opportunity, even if allied legal can foresee the possibility of such damages.
Pricing Policy
Prices published in USD are only indicative, the final charges in USD depend on the current exchange rate, credit card processing fees, conversion charges and any other applicable fee and tax on the transactions. Customers paying through credit/debit cards will be charged in USD.
The fee published on the website is only the service fee to provide this service. It does not include the expenses we have to incur to carry out the requested service. Total cost of service depends on the level of difficulty to serve ordered request. The published service fee does not include any tax payable.
If the document we received has some mistakes and if it is possible to get those mistakes corrected. Then there would be an additional charge to correct those mistakes.
Refund/Cancelation Policy
Any refund on services you order through AlliedLegalOnine.com, India will be governed by the Refund Policy stated here in next paragraphs. Further, some services may be governed by their individual refund policies. In all such cases the individual refund policy shall be applicable in addition to this policy unless and otherwise it is contrary to this, in which case the individual service refund policy shall supersede this policy.
Payments for any orders that you may place with us will remain under hold till such time that one of our Associate reviews the order and finds it serviceable. If on review by Associate, your order is found unserviceable, we will email you to amend the order or get a full refund.
If you have second thoughts and decide to opt out of an order after placing it, you are free to request for a cancellation. If the request for cancellation comes in before 05 hours ( Five Hours) of payment, then you will get a full refund. No question will be asked. After the 05 hours ( Five Hours), orders can be canceled on reasonable request from Client or due to other reasons. If you request for cancellation with in 5 days of order (“not payment”), we will deduct 25% of total amount as cancellation fee and the balance shall be refunded. After that 5 days period from the date of order, the fee is not refundable.
For annual services no refund will be issued.
Any additional costs already incurred in executing your task shall also be deducted wherever applicable. However, once an order is completed, no refunds will be made.

Sharing of Information Received:
We do not sell or share your information to third parties. Your email address, name, phone number and any other information you submit are held in strict confidence. Because we believe in transparency, we tell our associates exactly what to do and do not do with their data. The information and the docs we receive with be shared only to the local associate(s) to get the desired results.
Sharing of Information Received as Testimonial:
We may share or publish the content of submitted testimonial with your Name, Country and the type of service(s) you received. We do not publish your contact details such as email ID, address, phone number etc. on our website. However, we may share your email ID to our other potential clients to confirm the authenticity of testimonials.
Confidentiality:
Only the team working in a project is aware of the identity of the client or the nature of the work undertaken. Until specific authorization is obtained from the client in writing, the client identity is never revealed to any one.
Before we take up a project, the partner of the firm digitally signs and undertakes that the information disclosed by Disclosing Party would be considered confidential by the receiving party. Such information includes but not limited to all such information relating to disclosing party’s past, present or future businesses, products, patents (granted and pending) activities, ideas, inventions, research, designs or development, personal and business opportunities. It also includes information which is marked as “Confidential and /or Proprietary” or which would logically be considered confidential and/or the proprietary in view of the disclosing party.
