As part of our 'Online Services' we provide the services to register the Non Governmental and Non Profitable organization under section 80G of Income Tax Act in India.

If an NGO gets itself registered under section 80G then the person or the organization making a donation to the NGO will get a deduction of 50% from his/its taxable income. The NGO has to apply in Form No. 10G As per Annexure - 29 to the Commissioner of Income Tax for such registration. Normally this approval is granted for 2-3 years.

Requirements

1. Duly registered organization.

2. The NGO should not have any income which are not exempted, such as business income. If, the NGO has business income then it should maintain separate books of accounts and should not divert donations received for the purpose of such business.

3. The bylaws or objectives of the NGOs should NOT contain any provision for spending the income or assets of the NGO for purposes other than charitable.

4. The Organization is not working for the benefit of particular religious community or caste.

5. The NGO maintains regular accounts of its receipts & expenditures.

Documents and information we need

1. Name, address and status of applicant, the district/ ward circle where assessed/PAN number.

2. Audited Balance Sheet, Profit& Loss Account or Income& Expenditure Account for the latest year and two preceding years.

3. Formation documents like trust deed, rules & regulation, memorandum of association etc. and registration certificate, if any.

4. Name & Addresses of the persons managing the affairs of the association or institution, including those who left the organization but were managing the affairs of the association or institution during the 3 years preceding the date of application.

5. Particulars of the activities of the association or institution during 3 years preceding the date of application or since inception if the association or institution is less than 3 years old.

7. Such other information as the association or institution may like to place.

If Client requests for cancellation with in 2days of order, we will deduct 25% of the service fee as cancellation fee and the balance shall be refunded no question asked. After that the service fee is not refundable. If any extra expenses amount is paid by client, then it will be refunded after deduction of costs already incurred in executing the task.

If an assignment could not be completed for reasons other than request for cancellation, then refund will be given after deduction of 25% of the order value plus costs already incurred in executing the task. Reasons include as but limited to insufficient or delayed documentation / information from customer, errors/ mistakes not related to Allied Legal’s scope of work, inability of customer to follow procedures or requirements or due to any other reasons beyond Allied Legal’s control.
