Non Availability of Birth Certificate
As part of our 'Online Services,' we assist in obtaining the Non-Availability of Birth Certificate (NABC) for unregistered births on your behalf.
The NABC is generally not required within India, and municipal offices are typically aware of this. However, applying for the NABC at the relevant municipal office can sometimes be a bit costly.
The process begins with a formal search at the municipal office in the applicant's place of birth. If the birth is not registered or the registration record is unavailable for any reason, we proceed to request the Non-Availability of Birth Certificate from the concerned department.
The NABC is an official document stating that the birth records for a specific individual are unavailable, and it may also include the reason for this unavailability.
Once issued, the NABC, along with any other original documents (if applicable), will be shipped free of charge within India via a reputable courier service. We use only FedEx for international shipping and DTDC for domestic shipping.

The estimated time for completion depends on the place and date of birth. In major cities like Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, and Chennai, obtaining the Non-Availability of Birth Certificate typically takes 30–40 business days. Smaller cities may require additional time, while remote areas may experience even longer processing times.
